  1.  General Information
    Laparae.com is the official platform for booking and showcasing Laparae vacation rentals. By using this website, you agree to the following terms.

  2.  Reservations
    All bookings require a 40% deposit within 48 hours of confirmation. Remaining balance is payable upon arrival or per specific arrangement.

  3.  Check-in & Check-out
    Check-in: After 16:00 | Check-out: Until 12:00. Requests are subject to availability.

  4.  Pets
    Up to 2 pets allowed upon request. Owners are responsible for any damages.

  5.  Children
    Family-friendly. Baby cot available on request.

  6.  Smoking
    Not allowed indoors. Permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

  7.  Parking
    Free parking is available at selected properties or guidance is provided for nearby public parking.
