Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a 40% deposit within 48 hours of confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable.

1. Cancellation up to 30 days prior:
– Deposit is non-refundable.
– One-time date change allowed within 12 months (subject to availability).

2. Cancellation less than 30 days prior or no-show:
– Guest is required to pay 100% of the booking amount.

3. Cancellation by the accommodation:
– In rare cases, a full refund is issued and we assist in finding alternative accommodation.
